MONTH

Returns the month of a date as a combined number and abbreviation, like 04_Apr.

Examples

• MONTH(‘4/15/25’) - Returns 04_Apr.
• MONTH(C5) - Returns the month number and abbreviation for the date in cell C5.
• MONTH(date{!1}) - Returns the month number and abbreviation for the first date in the date field.
