COUNT_ERROR

Count of the number of cells with an error in inputs of individual cells and/or cell range(s).

Function syntax

COUNT_ERROR(input1, ...)

Arguments:

• input1, …: One or more values, cells, ranges, or data fields.

Examples

• COUNT_ERROR(A1:A5) - If A1:A5 contains 10, #DIV/0!, 20, #VALUE!, 5, returns 2.
• COUNT_ERROR(B3,B5,J5:J100) - Count of cells with errors in B3, B5 and the range of cells J5 through J100.
