Table Tab

The Table Tab gives you a dedicated spreadsheet-style view of your imported data. It supports filtering and sorting across very large tables, lets you create multi-sort definitions, and allows you to build saved custom table views that update automatically when refreshed data arrives.

Overview

The Table tab lets you:

  • View tens of millions of rows in a table
  • Filter and sort data directly in the table view
  • Apply multi-sort rules across several fields
  • Create custom table layouts with only the fields you want
  • Save multiple table tabs that retain their settings when data refreshes

Main View

The main Table Tab view exposes the loaded table along with the filter and sort controls for each field.

  1. Loaded table — Lets you choose which imported data table is displayed.
  2. Save — Saves all tabs, including the current Table Tab configuration.
  3. Zoom — Changes the size of the table content.
  4. Data — Scrollable to see it all (even millions of rows).
  5. Number of rows — Row count after filters supplied.

Filter and Sort

The filter and sort popup allows you to filter each column of the table and specify individual or multi-column sorts.

  2. Customize View UI — Shows the field-management dialog.
  3. Fields to show and order — Starts with the visible fields in their current order and supports drag-and-drop reordering.
  4. Fields to hide — Holds fields you do not want shown in the current view.

Saving and Reusing Customizations

Changes made in the Table Tab can be saved with the tab itself. You can create as many different table tabs as you want, each with its own:

  • Field order and visibility
  • Filters
  • Multi-sort configuration
  • Zoom level

When the data refreshes, those tabs retain their setup while updating to the latest data.
