DAYS_WORK

Calculates the number of weekdays between two dates, inclusive.

Function syntax

DAYS_WORK(start_date, end_date)

Arguments:

• start_date: The starting date.
• end_date: The ending date.

Examples

• DAYS_WORK(‘3/4/23’, ‘6/20/25’) - Returns 600.
• DAYS_WORK(‘3/4/24’, ‘3/4/24’) - Returns 1 because the same weekday counts.
• DAYS_WORK(G3, G2) - Number of weekdays between the dates in cells G3 and G2.
• DAYS_WORK(date{!1}, date{!148}) - Number of weekdays between the first and 148th dates in the date field.
